Application Information

- Foreign Credential Evaluation在国外完成全部或部分教育的研究生申请人需要对其外国证书进行评估. Depending on the program, 所要求的评估将是“一般”或“逐门课程”评估，每个机构的平均绩点. 申请人有两种选择获得外国证书评估:

必须提供以下测试之一的英语熟练程度证明, reported directly to FAU Graduate College:
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)托福的最低大学要求是500分(纸考)和61分(网考).
- FAU's school code for TOEFL is 5229
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS)大学对雅思考试的最低要求是总分达到6分.0.
- Duolingo: The minimum university requirement for Duolingo is 90.
- 成功完成大学学术课程六级 Intensive English Institute.
例外情况:非英语母语人士如符合下列其中一项，则无须提交英语语言能力证明:
- 在美国或国外的高中完成至少三年的中等教育，并完成完整的英语教学课程.
- 在英语为主要母语的国家的高中完成至少三年的中等教育, 或者从小学开始以英语为主要教学语言的地方.
- For undergraduate applicants only, completion of at least thirty (30) postsecondary credits, including ENC 1101 and ENC 1102, or the equivalent, with a grade of C or higher, from a U.S. 地区认可的高等教育机构或国外认可的高等教育机构提供完整的英语教学课程.
- 完成至少六十(60)个高等教育学分或美国大学的副学士学位或更高学历.S. 地区认可的高等教育机构或国外认可的高等教育机构提供完整的英语教学课程.
